It services maybe 0.5% of all of Sydney. There is NO light rail at all in the CBD and certainly none in Circular Quay. The NSW labor government has been aggressively opposed to light rail for the last 10 years and now in suddenly offering to expand it - nothing more than spin to try and win the next election! The expansion WILL NEVER EVER EVER happen - unless NSW Labor is kicked out of office and the LIberals decide light rail is worth while....
